Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Helena Wellness Centre is looking for 2 professional, compassionate, and motivated Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our growing wellness clinic.

We are looking for RMTs who are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and building positive relationships with clients.

Compensation

70% Commission Structure

We offer a competitive 70% commission split for our RMTs, along with a supportive clinic environment and administrative support.

Position Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs and treatment plans.
- Assess clients and develop appropriate treatment approaches.
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
- Educate clients on appropriate home-care recommendations and strategies to support their recovery and wellness.
- Communicate professionally with clients and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Follow all applicable professional standards, clinic policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive clinic environment.

Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)



in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college.
- Valid qualified liability insurance.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
- New graduates and experienced RMTs are welcome to apply.
