Job Description :Our client in Toronto is looking for a Senior Manager - Product Implementation (PMP) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

- Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible project or program management experience, including significant experience successfully leading complex, enterprise-scale software implementations.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-year, multi-workstream implementations involving external clients, implementation partners, systems integration, data migration, testing, deployment and operational transition
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or an equivalent internationally recognized project or program management designation, is required.
- - Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, commercial commitments and financial performance.Experience interpreting statements of work and contracts, managing change requests and vendors,



and supporting commercial or service agreement negotiations

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Prosci, Certified Change Management Skilled (CCMP) or equivalent change-management certification or experience is an asset; demonstrated experience supporting organizational readiness, adoption and transition is preferred;

Proven Experience In :
To lead the end-to-end delivery of complex commercial software implementation programs for external clients, ensuring assigned programs achieve contractual, client and business outcomes within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality and profitability expectations. Reporting to the Director, Product Implementation, the position leads multidisciplinary teams and implementation partners and manages program delivery, client relationships, risks and dependencies from planning through deployment, stabilization and transition to operations.
