Viapostille (viapostille.ca) is a bilingual Canadian apostille and document legalization service. Many of our clients live abroad and need Canadian documents notarized and apostilled for use in another country.

We are building a network of independent partners. This is not employment: you keep your own practice, set your own fees, and accept or decline each file.

What we refer to you:

Certified true copies of Canadian documents (bank statements, diplomas, corporate records)

Statutory declarations, affidavits and powers of attorney for use abroad

Remote notarization for clients outside Canada, where permitted for your practice, issued as paper originals with ink signature and seal for apostille

Document requests on behalf of clients, with their written authorization

Requirements:

Notary public in good standing in Ontario (lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, or notary appointed by the Province)

Qualified liability insurance

Fluent English; French or Spanish or any foreign language an asset

How it works:

We send you prepared clients,



with the destination country's requirements already checked. You bill the client directly at your own rate. Viapostille takes no commission, referral fee or membership fee. We handle the apostille with Ontario's Official Documents Services and the tracked shipping.

Pay:

You set your own fee per notarial act, typically $40 to $180, billed and paid directly between you and the client.

Independent contractor arrangement:

This is not employment. Partners sign a short partner agreement covering independent status, direct billing to clients, confidentiality of client information, and verification of licence and insurance. There is no exclusivity and no minimum volume.
