We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Shipping Assistant will be responsible for labeling, packaging, organizing products, and assisting with inventory counts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and looking for part-time, steady work in a friendly and professional environment.
Hours:
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule during weekday business hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Label and package products for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet PHL standards
- Organize the shipping area and maintain supplies
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock organization
- Receive, verify, and help store incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Support the operations team with other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Must have a driver's license G2 or G
- Must be able to lift boxes or packages up to approximately 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable team player
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks
- Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or inventory management is an asset but not required
