Organizational Change Manager
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Organizational Change Manager for a long term role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Regina, Saskatchewan office.

Organizational Change Manager - Job Description:
The Organizational Change Manager will support organizational change management on assigned projects, aligning with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology. The role involves creating and delivering change management work products to ensure successful project implementation.

Organizational Change Manager - Responsibilities:

- Prepare for change by assessing the magnitude of change from current state to post-implementation
- Maintain project documentation related to organizational change management activities
- Follow Prosci/ADKAR methodology to deliver OCM for assigned projects
- Facilitate discussions to gather and understand stakeholders and impacts of change
- Identify actionable OCM activities to incorporate into the project plan
- Develop OCM deliverables, including Change Management Strategy, Plans, and Reports
- Conduct readiness assessments and evaluate results to identify risks/issues

Organizational Change Manager - Mandatory Skills:

- Prosci/ADKAR certification




- Gas industry or utility knowledge
- Experience leading Change Management on IT projects
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience maintaining project documentation related to change management activities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience conducting readiness assessments and making recommendations

Organizational Change Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Natural Gas Transmission & Storage company knowledge or experience
- North American job experience
- Experience in knowledge sharing within change management standards
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solving skills

Organizational Change Manager – Assignment Length:
Initial term: date of award to March 31, 2028, with up to four additional 1-year renewal options.

ASAP

Organizational Change Manager - Assignment Location:
Regina, Saskatchewan, onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. No hybrid or remote arrangements.
