We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians and maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and safety.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring solid mechanical maintenance expertise, experience with conveyors, packaging equipment, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and schedule maintenance technicians.
- Conduct daily maintenance huddles and prioritize work orders.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and PLC-controlled production equipment.
- Maintain and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.
- Troubleshoot conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings and power transmission systems.
- Support robotic and automated production equipment.
- Work with PLCs, sensors, VFDs, HMIs and safety circuits.
- Manage contractors, shutdowns and specialized maintenance projects.
- Own the MaintainX CMMS, including PM schedules, work orders, asset records and maintenance history.
- Lead RCA, TPM, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve equipment OEE, MTBF, MTTR and PM compliance.




- Support production startups, changeovers and equipment installations.
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, machine guarding and safety requirements.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong mechanical maintenance background.
- Experience with conveyors and packaging equipment.
- Experience with robotics and automated production lines.
- Experience with shrink-wrapping/packaging machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong Preventive Maintenance (PM) experience.
- Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley, Siemens or similar PLC systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Experience with CMMS; MaintainX experience is an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership and communication skills.
- Millwright/Industrial Mechanic certification is an asset.

Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
