We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our retail team! Responsibilities

- Assist in managing store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Lead and supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing environment.
- Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays and optimal pricing strategies that maximize sales potential.
- Handle cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks to maintain smooth store functioning.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in retail or a related field with strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.




- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and budgeting processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques, interviewing processes, and training & development practices.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for sales calculations, inventory counts, and financial recordkeeping
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
