- Hands-on experience with laser welding
- Experience using IPG LightWELD is preferred
- Experience with similar laser welding equipment will also be considered
- Able to work independently and maintain valuable quality
- Comfortable working the 4 PM–12 AM shift
- Manufacturing/metalworking experience is an asset
- Safety shoes required
Job Duties:
- Laser weld metal parts
- Follow welding specifications and quality requirements
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Production volume is approximately 5,000 pieces per month
