## Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Financial Services Associate to join our growing team. This role supports financial planning, client service, and advisory operations within a collaborative and professional environment.

The position is ideal for individuals interested in building a long term career in financial services while developing strong foundational skills in insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

## Responsibilities

* Support financial planning and client service activities

* Assist with preparing financial summaries and documentation for client meetings

* Help analyze client information to support planning discussions and recommendations

* Coordinate client onboarding, follow-up, and service requests

* Work closely with licensed advisors to ensure accuracy and organization of client records

* Participate in training and development related to insurance and investment fundamentals

* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience

## Training and Development

* Structured onboarding and development program

* Licensing cost support for life insurance and investment registrations

* Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional education

* Clear role progression based on skill development and qualifications

## Compensation

**Expected total compensation: $52,000 to $68,000 per year**





Once the appropriate training and licensing requirements are successfully completed, compensation structure varies depending on the area of specialization, with certain roles incorporating different combinations of fixed, performance-based, bonus, and recurring compensation.

## Requirements

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Comfortable working with numbers, documentation, and client information

* Qualified, reliable, and coachable mindset

* Interest in financial services as a long term career path

* Experience in customer service, finance, or sales is an asset but not required

* Life insurance licensing is an asset but not required

* Mutual fund licensing or registration is an asset but not required

* Willingness to complete required licensing and training as part of the role
