We at Wing House Petrolia are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Server & Bartender. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, able to work weekends and holidays, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

- Take and accurately input food and beverage orders.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and policies.

- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent overindulgence.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.

- Assist with bussing tables, washing dishes, restocking, and other tasks as needed.

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specials.

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.

**Requirements:**

- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting required.

- Must possess a valid Smart Serve Certification.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,



high-pressure environment.

- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers.

- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
