ManuNovaX Technologies Inc. is building an AI-powered engineering and manufacturing company focused on helping manufacturers improve productivity, reduce costs, and adopt practical AI solutions.

We are looking for ambitious Business Development, Marketing & Sales professionals who want to be part of the company and help build our customer base across Canada.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, SMEs, and OEMs.
- Generate leads and arrange customer meetings.
- Promote our AI-powered engineering and manufacturing solutions.
- Develop sales and marketing campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn and other channels for prospecting and outreach.
- Work closely with our engineering and AI teams to understand customer needs.
- Support the development of long-term customer relationships.

Who Can Apply

- Minimum university degree in business, marketing, engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Candidates with no relevant work experience may be considered if they have a high GPA and strong academic record.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to learn.

Compensation

Contract-based and performance-oriented. Compensation will be based on the company's business development structure and customer opportunities generated.
