We are currently seeking Independent Sales Representatives to expand our presence across Quebec.

Job Description

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, building strong relationships with dental professionals, and driving sales growth for Zolar’s dental laser products.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in the Medical, VET or Dental Device industry who enjoys working independently and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities within the dental market through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and establish relationships with dentists, dental clinics, and other dental professionals.
- Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations of Zolar dental diode lasers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and follow up effectively to convert leads into sales.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives established by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Represent Zolar Technology professionally and ethically at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions,



and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Zolar head office team for product training, marketing support, and customer assistance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical, VET or dental device industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Existing relationships within the Quebec dental market are a strong asset.
- Ability and willingness to conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
- Reliable transportation for customer visits and demonstrations.
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based

This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is directly tied to sales performance, with an uncapped earning potential.
