Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced barista to join our team. As a barista, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests through exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other menu items with precision and consistency.
- Deliver friendly, efficient service that creates a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Educate guests on menu offerings and make personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.




- Work closely with teammates to keep operations smooth during busy periods.
- Uphold brand standards for quality, consistency, and guest experience.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of barista experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple tasks at once.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Genuine interest in coffee and willingness to keep learning.
