Part-Time Property Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to help maintain the exterior of a commercial building.

Duties include:

- Pulling weeds and maintaining landscaped areas
- Picking up garbage and debris around the property
- Sweeping sidewalks and parking areas
- Assisting with minor building maintenance and odd jobs
- Reporting any maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform manual labour
- Previous yard maintenance experience is an asset but not required

Hours:

- Part-time
- Versatile schedule, weekdays preferred

Location:
Slave Lake, Alberta

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
