Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to secure a permanent full-time warehouse role? GigHound is hiring Warehouse Production Associates on behalf of a top-tier e-commerce distribution facility in Guelph!

This is a 4-week Temp-to-Perm program. You will start your trial period through GigHound with the direct goal of transitioning onto the client’s permanent full-time payroll after 4 weeks.

Shift Options & Schedule Requirements

All roles require Week 1 Daytime Training (Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Starting in Week 2, you will transition to your permanent shift below:

- Weekend Shift: Friday to Monday | 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Note: Candidates must be 100% available for the 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Week 1 training AND committed to their chosen permanent schedule long-term.

Daily Job Overview

You’ll be responsible for picking, sorting, and packing e-commerce customer orders accurately, operating automated equipment to weigh, scan, and label packages, and performing dock duties like skid building, wrapping, and trailer loading.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Pick, sort, and pack e-commerce customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Shipping & Logistics: Weigh, scan, label, and process shipments using automated shipping equipment.
- Skid Building: Build and wrap skids, and assist with trailer loading.
- Inventory & Safety: Help maintain inventory accuracy and keep a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily order fulfillment targets.

What We Are Looking For:

- High Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical. You must ensure correct items, labels,



and carriers are matched every time to prevent shipping delays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform active physical labor (standing, walking, bending, twisting) and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse packing, shipping, order picking, or production is preferred.
- Safety Gear: Must own CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots ready for day one.
- Commute: Must have reliable transportation to arrive on site for your scheduled shift times in Guelph.
- Work Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) in Canada long-term.
