Duties

- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
- Assist in patient education regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions
- Maintain detailed patient records using dental software such as Tracker or similar systems
- Support the dental team during procedures by preparing instruments and ensuring sterilization protocols are followed
- Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and orthodontic cases
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with professionalism and warmth

Skills

- Proficiency with dental office management software,



especially Tracker
- Knowledge of iTero, orthodontics/implant procedures and terminology is a plus
- Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations are highly valued
- Experience in dental assisting or supporting clinical procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry to comfortably serve young patients
- Robust understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
