We are looking for a Café Operations Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our café and support the team as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily café operations and make sure everything runs smoothly
- Work closely with the General Manager and report directly to them on operations, staff, sales, and any issues
- Help increase sales and bring in new customers
- Monitor sales and identify ways to improve performance
- Oversee kitchen and food operations, including quality, organization, inventory, and consistency
- Help manage inventory, ordering, waste, and food costs
- Support and guide staff during shifts
- Make sure employees are staying productive and following their assigned roles
- Help train new employees and improve team performance
- Identify problems and find practical solutions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café




- Work with the GM and management team on day-to-day operations and improvements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in café, restaurant, food service, or retail management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative
- Experience with sales, inventory, and staff management is an asset
- Food service or kitchen experience is an asset

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, solve problems, and help the café run efficiently without needing constant supervision.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
