Duties

- Greet and assist guests, including children and their families, ensuring a friendly and engaging atmosphere
- Support studio instructors with setup, cleanup, and material preparation for various art and activity sessions
- Manage guest services by answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Handle cash transactions accurately during sign-ins and merchandise sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio spaces, supplies, and equipment to uphold safety standards
- Assist with food service activities when applicable, including serving snacks or beverages in accordance with health guidelines




- Support event setup and breakdown for special programs or community events hosted at the studio
- Loading and unloading a kiln. Prepping ceramics for firing.

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or childcare settings is highly preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests and lead small group activities when needed
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly during transactions

Pay: From $15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
