Position Overview:
The Dispatcher plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be the main link between customers, technicians, and the office — managing schedules, answering calls, and making sure every job is handled efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and dispatch technicians for appliance repair and installation services based on skill, location, and job priority.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians throughout the day.
- Confirm appointments, update customers on technician arrival times, and handle rescheduling when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, service details, and updates in our system.
- Assist with office duties such as data entry, invoicing, and ordering parts.
- Support a positive and efficient workflow within the office and field teams.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling,



or customer service preferred.
- Robust communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling or CRM software (training provided).
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to commute daily to our Concord, ON office.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Shifts may vary between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Must be available to work every fourth Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Expected hours: 37.5 – 44 per week
