Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Shop Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout a busy industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an industrial environment and performing physically demanding cleaning duties.
Location: Brantford, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Sweep and clean floors throughout the industrial shop.
- Move heavy carts and equipment as needed to access and clean floor areas.
- Operate a powered sweeper to clean main aisles and walkways.
- Clean and maintain washrooms and lunchroom several times throughout the day.
- Perform daily cleaning of the paint booth, including vacuuming and removing accumulated dust and debris.
- Complete more thorough paint booth cleaning as required, including removing, cleaning,
and reinstalling filters.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Previous industrial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work and moving heavy carts.
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic.
- Ability to follow safety procedures when working around industrial equipment and paint areas.
