Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes
- Keep workstations clean, organized,



and stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with meal preparation, food industry standards, and kitchen equipment is a plus
