Project Scale: Managing 15+ homes at one time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all site operations, including safety, field teams, and subcontractors.
- Keep the project on schedule and achieve key milestones.
- Foster strong collaboration and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Proven background of managing 15-20 homes at one time
- Wood-frame multifamily experience would be an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 + Company vehicle
