Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Services Administrator to assist with our merchant onboarding, merchant screening and compliance processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all merchant documentation is accurately captured and processed to facilitate swift review, approval and ongoing monitoring of merchant accounts throughout the account lifecycle. This joint role aims to ensure merchants are supported through the onboarding process and once they become active merchants.
This is a hands-on role. System training is provided, but the successful candidate must have a work ethic to meet deadlines, learn, adapt and grow. A friendly, professional and approachable demeanour to work seamlessly with the team is essential. This rewarding role contributes directly to business growth and success.

Candidates should be prepared for an interview, typing/ data entry test, reference checks, background checks and confirmation of eligibility to work in Canada. As this is a permanent position, permanent eligibility to work in Canada is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Onboarding
- Date Input: accurately fill out the required details in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), reflecting the information provided by the merchants during the application process. Ensure the highest level of accuracy and completeness in data entry, minimizing discrepancies and supporting a seamless review process.
- Document Management: Upload all necessary merchant documentation to the system. Assist in the updating of internal documents as processes evolve.
- Application Verification: Review merchant applications in detail, ensuring all required fields are filled out by the Merchant, and that the required supporting documents (such as IDs, bank statements and licenses) are current.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams to address any queries or missing information,
facilitating prompt communication between all parties involved.
- Client Outreach: reach out to existing clients (merchants) for information and guide clients through various account status milestones.
- Reporting: Pull and filter data reports for senior executives to aid in decision-making and business reporting.
Compliance
- Merchant monitoring: completes ongoing merchant monitoring includes keeping state/provincial gambling and financial licenses and documentation up to date
- Quality Assurance Testing
- Weekly batch merchant sanction screening
- Monthly merchant website monitoring
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to read, comprehend and input information in English, such as names, dates and numbers accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM software preferred (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer service skills and able to respond professionally to clients
- Able to work to time-sensitive deadlines and requests.
- Willing to follow established procedures and learn and adapt as processes evolve.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- An interest in business development and customer relations a plus
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and compliance requirements is a plus but not a requirement.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
