About Us

We are a warm, growing medical aesthetic clinic in Tsawwassen seeking a Front Concierge to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. This role is perfect for someone who excels on the phone, enjoys patient interaction, and has an interest in skincare and aesthetics.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Answer phones and emails professionally and confidently
- Book, confirm, and manage appointments
- Handle incoming inquiries and close consultation calls
- Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional front-desk experience
- Promote skincare treatments and retail products
- Process payments and maintain patient records
- Support the clinical team with daily operations

Qualifications

- Excellent phone skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong sales and call-closing ability
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor




- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest or background in skincare, beauty, or medical aesthetics (preferred)
- Previous front desk, customer service, or medical/esthetic experience is an asset
