We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our dispatch center, including assigning and monitoring work, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a solid understanding of logistics and transportation.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Planning the trips for drivers
- Dispatch vehicles and personnel to designated locations.
- Maintain records of all dispatched calls and vehicles.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all customer needs are met.
- Provide updates on vehicle locations and status.
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes accordingly.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
