We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal sheets into precise, high-quality components using a variety of advanced fabrication techniques. Responsibilities

- Operate and set up CNC laser cutting machines, plasma cutters, press brake machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other fabrication equipment to produce accurate metal parts.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and mechanical knowledge to measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components.
- Program CNC machinery for efficient production runs and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall craftsmanship.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols involving cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.




- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and ensure all fabricated parts meet project requirements.

Skills

- Proficiency in operating CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake equipment.
- Strong blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of welding techniques and basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Experience with hand tools such as calipers, measuring tapes, grinders, and drills.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely; certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, and mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting issues effectively.
