Join our growing virtual healthcare team! We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners to provide primary care support to Newfoundland and a minimum of one other province – all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
- Longitudinal primary care
- Preventive health management
- Chronic disease support
- Follow-up care
- Relationship building with patients
- Care coordination across providers/services
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed NP (minimum 3 years) to support Newfoundland & Labrador + any of: Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia or Quebec
- Experience in primary care - all ages
- Beyond comfortable with virtual care platforms and EMRs - Think Technology Savvy
- Strong communicator, independent, and patient-focused.
- Someone who is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare within Family Practice, Community Health, Women's health, preventative care.
