About the Role

We need experienced exterior installers who can lead from the front. You will run a small crew of 2-4 people on residential siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and cladding jobs. You are the person who makes sure the work order matches what gets installed, problems get solved in the field instead of kicked down the road, and the site gets left clean.

What You Will Do

- Lead and coordinate a crew on-site daily
- Install vinyl siding, LP SmartSide, James Hardie, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and custom metal details
- Read and execute work orders accurately - verify scope, materials, and labour plan before work starts
- Maintain quality standards and spot issues before they become callbacks
- Keep tools organized, jobsite clean, and safety rules followed
- Report daily progress and any scope changes to the office

What You Need

- Solid hands-on experience in one or more exterior trades: siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough,



or cladding
- Proven ability to lead and direct others on-site
- Problem-solving mindset - you figure things out instead of walking past them
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Safety-conscious attitude and WCB-compliant work habits
- Your own hand and power tools preferred
