Edwards & Sons Complete Property Maintenance Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, mature individuals to join our dynamic Horticulture Crews! If you love gardening, working outdoors, and have a background or passion for horticulture, this is the perfect position for you.

Job Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Maintaining commercial and residential landscapes/gardens
- Assisting with new plant installations, mulching, sodding, and seasonal planters
- Using and maintaining pruning equipment, line trimmers, blowers, and push mowers

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

- Prior gardening experience (commercial or residential clients is an asset)
- Plant identification skills and knowledge of plant care (a strong asset)
- Comfortable working with landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and push mowers
- A customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team or independently
- A valid “G” driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (preferred)
- Candidates without a driver’s license must have access to public transit as we are located on a bus route

- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal opportunity
- Pay Range: $19.00–$24.00 per hour
- Start Date: 1st week of April- weather pending, may start sooner
