Pacific Physiotherapy Hamilton is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Physiotherapy Assistant / Front Desk to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will support physiotherapists with patient care while also handling front-desk and administrative responsibilities in a busy clinic workplace.

Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists with treatment plans, exercises, mobility, and patient care.
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and home-care programs.
- Monitor patients during treatment and report concerns to the physiotherapist.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
- Greet patients and provide professional customer service.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient appointments.
- Handle patient check-in/check-out, payments, and basic billing tasks.
- Maintain patient information and confidential records.
- Assist with general administrative duties and maintain an organized reception area.
- Communicate effectively with patients,



families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements

- Previous healthcare, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or clinic experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of myofascial release is preferred.
- Knowledge of Walnut software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Physiotherapy clinic: 1 year (preferred)
