Duties

- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and dessert items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure timely service and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Serve customers with friendly, attentive service, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash register operations and balancing tills at shift end




- Support overall kitchen operations by assisting with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment is highly preferred
- Barista experience or familiarity with serving beverages enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided
