Job Summary
We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of operating a skid steer, dozer, excavator. Preference given to operators proficient on other equipment (loader, grader). Should be able to finish grade, dig a safe trench efficiently, read grade stakes and plans. Looking for well rounded individuals who can transition from one piece of equipment to another to accomplish the task efficiently. Work in and out of town.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Perform tasks such as digging, loading, and moving materials
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work setting
- Assist in building and construction activities as needed

Qualifications




- Experience in commercial driving and operating heavy equipment
- Proficiency in excavations, trenching and backfill operation
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus
- Ability to operate equipment to dig, build, and bulldoze effectively
- Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $35.00-$52.00 per hour
