We are currently seeking an experienced Tile / Vinyl Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven tile installation experience, strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

** Entry-level candidates with strong motivation and interest in flooring/tile installation are encouraged to apply; hands-on training is provided for individuals who demonstrate reliability and a desire to succeed.**

This role involves installing tile and/or vinyl in a variety of residential and/or commercial settings, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, backsplashes, and custom tile projects. We are looking for someone reliable, efficient, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Measure, cut, and install tile and/or vinyl according to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces for installation, including leveling, cleaning, and waterproofing
- Install floor tile, wall tile, backsplashes, showers, and other custom tile and/or vinyl work
- Mix and apply mortar, grout, and adhesives
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing
- Repair or replace damaged tile when required
- Maintain clean and protected job sites




- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in flooring installation of any kind (tile, laminate, vinyl, hardwood, etc.) preferred
- Strong knowledge of tile materials, tools, and installation methods
- Ability to read measurements and layout patterns accurately
- Experience with surface preparation and waterproofing methods
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation**
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with large format tile installations (showers, niches, feature walls)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with increases based on work ethic, progress, and experience**
