Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented IT Systems Specialist to join our creative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing a diverse range of IT systems, ensuring seamless operation, security, and scalability across our infrastructure. Your expertise will drive the implementation of cutting-edge solutions, support system integrations, and maintain the stability of our enterprise workplace. Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and maintain computers, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, phones, mobile devices, and other technology across the company.
- Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
- Set up new employees with equipment, accounts, software, and access permissions; manage access changes and offboarding.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, user accounts, and business applications.
- Support technology used in the office and on the production floor, including ERP systems and connected equipment where applicable.
- Maintain backups, system updates, endpoint protection, and day-to-day IT security.
- Plan and carry out hardware replacements, software rollouts, and system upgrades.
- Maintain equipment inventories, software licences,



and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when specialized support is required.
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems, security, and IT processes.

Qualifications

- Several years of hands-on IT experience in a business environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
- Experience with servers, backups, user permissions, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Ability to diagnose unfamiliar issues independently and follow them through to resolution.
- Comfortable supporting both office staff and employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Clear communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information and access to critical systems.

Experience with manufacturing technology, ERP systems, VoIP phones, firewalls, switches, or industrial networks is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
