We are looking for Building Management single handy person or couple of who can split the responsibility and manage the whole building. Basic plumbing, electrical , cosmetic and handyman experience is a must. Bonus if you have your own tools.

Job Summary
The Residence Manager/ Building Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of living for residents while maintaining the property’s integrity and profitability. This position requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to property management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative expertise, sales acumen, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the residence,



ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- We need cleaning, basic plumbing, electrical and cosmetic work, inspections , maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met and coordinate with maintenance staff
- Assist in the leasing process by showcasing available units, negotiating lease terms, and processing applications.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
