Responsibilities

- Provide individualized massage therapy treatments based on each patient’s needs, condition, and treatment goals.
- Assess patients, review relevant medical and health history, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic massage for musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, mobility concerns, sports injuries, stress management, and general wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and patient records.
- Educate patients regarding stretches, exercises, posture, ergonomics, and other appropriate home-care recommendations.
- Clearly communicate treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable,



and professional treatment environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to provide coordinated patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable professional, regulatory, privacy, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in British Columbia, or eligible for registration.
- Professional liability insurance as required by the regulatory college.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary clinic is an asset but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
