Underground Labourer – Sewer and Water

The Dig Crew position for the Underground Division is a one that will add limitless value to our current service delivery. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and fellow employees.

Ideally you have prior experience in Underground work, preferably in sewer and water and have proven communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Although experience in the below can be an asset, we will train to make sure professional quality is delivered.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to our Underground Division in general labour duties
- Assist in the outdoor excavation jobs
- Complete in the home, underground dig jobs
- Jackhammer, cut concrete and dig under the floor to expose the plumbing inside the home
- Pipe laying (Sewer and Water lines)
- Backfill holes and replace concrete




- Restore customers home to the same condition as it was when you arrived
- Provide assistance where additional labour is required for our regular plumbing and drain cleaning service division
- Perform minor maintenance to Underground Equipment
- Keep company vehicles and equipment in good working order
- Housekeeping on the jobsite and the shop

Job Requirements:

- Ability to operate basic hand tools
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Qualified appearance and personality
- We work when our customers need us - evening and weekend shifts may be necessary from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
