- Our company is looking for a passionate and dynamic Quality Inspector to join our team on our day shift!

Position Description:

Working with the Quality Manager, production team, management, and production operators. The Quality Inspector identifies and documents nonconforming product, supports timely resolution of quality issues, maintains inspection records, and helps reinforce quality, safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards across the manufacturing environment.

This role focuses on performing Quality Assurance activities compliance with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality management system requirements.

It is responsible for verifying precision machined parts,



sheet metal fabricated parts and welded assemblies, incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products conformance to applicable drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience working as a Quality Inspector in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 certified precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience performing incoming, in-process, final, and first article inspections using engineering drawings, customer specifications, inspection plans, and precision measuring equipment.
- Experience documenting inspection findings, completing First Article Inspection reports, generating or supporting NCRs, and maintaining quality records in ERP or quality management systems.
- Experience with CMM, FARO Arm, Portable Romer Arm, PolyWorks, SolidWorks, machining technology, or internal audit activities is considered an asset.
- Strong Proficiency in GD&T; principles, location, profile, orientation and run out controls.

Considered an Asset:

- ASQ certification, such as Certified Quality Inspector or related designation, is considered an asset.
- QMS internal auditor training or certification is considered an asset.

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00PM Mon - Fri
