The Server Assistant will ensure that the coffee bar is stocked, and guests are well attended to, assist with cleanliness of the pool and public areas of the restaurant, control the flow of arriving guests and assist servers with bussing, setting, running food orders and cleaning. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, detail oriented, and able to handle the physical demands of the job. A successful candidate will be required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Removing used dishes/glasses/cutlery/linen and paper products and disposing of them according to the outlet operational guidelines
- Greet and welcome every guest, show them to their table and present menus and features of the day
- Preparing specialty Starbucks coffees and other orders at Coffeecopia
- Accurately processing orders and payment
- Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and in serving areas
- Assisting in overall maintenance of F&B; areas including floors walls & windows




- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by clearly communicating and resolving challenges to guest satisfaction and preparing items to a high standard with a friendly attitude
- Delivering food to guest quickly and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year in the hospitality industry experience
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a rapid-paced, multi-tasking, multi-functional environment
- Ability to lift and carry 10-20 lbs unassisted
- Required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend and stoop repeatedly
