Shift: Morning – 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay rate: $21.65/hr Direct deposit only
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday (4 days 40hrs/week)

TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators with Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker for a leading Canadian retailer specializing in premium athletic apparel. This role supports high-volume warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment in Brampton.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Operate an Order Picker machine to locate apparel in the warehouse and ensure products are put away accurately according to order requirements.
- Use Swing Reach equipment to put away, retrieve, and replenish products from designated warehouse locations.
- Operate Dock Stocker equipment to load, unload, move, and stage pallets safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload apparel, ensuring products are stored correctly, fully accounted for, and ready to be put away.
- Verify that picked apparel matches paperwork and is free of errors; identify and correct discrepancies, mark apparel for loading, and complete all procedures accurately.
- Manually palletize and wrap skids, including physically demanding tasks.
- Work in an RF-driven environment and meet daily productivity targets.




- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous Order Picker, Swing Reach forklift, Dock Stocker experience is required.
- Must have valid and current Order Picker, Swing Reach, and Dock Stocker forklift/PIT certifications or licenses, as applicable.
- Previous experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT) is a strong asset.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution workplace.
- Experience working with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Must be able to reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
- Must be able to safely operate material-handling equipment and follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required is a strong asset.
