Job Summary

Sabrosa Restaurant and Tequila Bar is looking for an energetic and attentive Server to join our team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and attentive hospitality. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
- Take accurate orders using Clover POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,



supporting overall restaurant efficiency.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods without compromising service quality.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with kitchen staff and fellow servers while maintaining a hospitable attitude.
