Role Summary

As a Team Member, you will be the heartbeat of Happy Burger. Whether greeting guests with a friendly smile, taking orders at the register, or preparing hot and fresh meals on the kitchen line, you play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience every single day.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House (Customer Service)

- Greet every customer warmly and provide exceptional, upbeat service.
- Operate the POS (point-of-sale) register, accurately handling cash, card payments, and online pickups.
- Answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and accommodate special dietary requests.
- Keep the dining room, condiment stations, and front counter clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Back of House (Kitchen & Prep)

- Assemble and cook menu items (burgers, sides, and beverages) according to Happy Burger quality and presentation standards.
- Follow all safe food handling, prep, sanitation, and temperature control procedures.
- Monitor prep station levels and restock ingredients throughout shifts.




- Maintain clean prep tables, fryers, grills, and dishwashing stations.

Teamwork & Operations

- Support fellow crew members during rushes to ensure fast, accurate ticket times.
- Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists.
- Adhere strictly to company health, safety, and hygiene policies.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary—we will train the right attitude!
- Mindset: Positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Communication: Clear, friendly communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, multitask, and occasionally lift up to 25–40 lbs.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
