Full-Time Seasonal Retail Sales & Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

RepRap Warehouse is looking for a dependable, energetic Retail Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our Sherwood Park team on a full-time seasonal basis.

This is primarily a customer-facing retail and sales position, but it is not a job where you will spend the day standing behind a counter. Our team works across the store and warehouse, helping customers, processing orders, stocking products, receiving shipments, maintaining displays, and keeping the operation moving.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative and staying productive without needing constant direction.

Experience with 3D printing is an asset, but it is not required. We can teach product knowledge. Reliability, communication, work ethic, and the ability to work professionally with customers are much more important.

Customer Service & Sales

- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
- Ask questions to understand what customers need and recommend appropriate products.
- Learn our 3D printers, filament, parts, accessories, and related technology.
- Explain products clearly to customers with different levels of technical experience.
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Help resolve routine customer questions and know when an issue needs to be escalated.
- Maintain a professional, approachable presence on the sales floor.

Store & Merchandising

- Keep shelves stocked, organized, labelled,



and customer-ready.
- Maintain clean and professional product displays.
- Replenish inventory throughout the day without waiting to be directed.
- Help identify low stock, misplaced products, and merchandising issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, and shared workspaces.

Warehouse & Order Fulfillment

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer and online orders.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products.
- Stock and organize warehouse inventory.
- Move and stage products as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
- Safely lift and maneuver boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Support general warehouse organization when retail traffic allows.

What We're Looking For

The strongest candidate will be someone who:

- Has previous retail sales or customer service experience.
- Is comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
- Communicates professionally in person and over the phone.
- Works with a sense of urgency when customers or orders are waiting.
- Notices work that needs to be done and takes initiative.
- Can complete assigned tasks without continuous supervision.
- Is reliable, punctual, and ready to work at the beginning of their shift.
- Can transition between customer service, stocking, cleaning,



order fulfillment, and warehouse work throughout the day.
- Is comfortable being on their feet for most of a shift.
- Can routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Works well as part of a small team where individual performance is visible and important.

Schedule

RepRap Warehouse Sherwood Park is open:

- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This position will work five days per week, approximately 40 hours.

Applicants must have flexibility to work different days within our Monday–Saturday operating schedule. Saturday availability is required.

Specific weekly scheduling may vary based on operational requirements.

This is currently a seasonal position, with the possibility of continued employment depending on business requirements and performance.

Experience:
