Job Description:

Bayview Yachts is seeking a hardworking and reliable Marine General Labourer to join our team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and has an interest in the marine industry.

Responsibilities:

· Complete assigned tasks to Bayview Yachts' quality standards while treating customer vessels with care and professionalism.

· Support vessel maintenance and repair projects under the direction of lead technicians.

· Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and marine maintenance tasks.

· Remove and reinstall vessel components as required for maintenance and repair projects.

· Assist with vessel bottom preparation, sanding, masking, and painting projects.

· Operate power tools, sanders, grinders, and other equipment safely and effectively.

· Load, unload, and transport materials, parts, and equipment throughout the worksite.

· Respond to changing project priorities and support the service team as required.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Handle materials, parts, and equipment safely and efficiently.





· Work independently while contributing to the overall success of the service team.

Requirements:

· Marine industry experience is considered a strong asset.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision.

· Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive manual tasks.

· Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, docks, and around vessels both in the water and on land.

· Reliable, punctual, and professional.

· Valid Driver's Licence mandatory.
