About the role

MSKrehab is looking for a registered massage therapist to join our team, new grads and experienced RMTs both welcome. We're a musculoskeletal and spine clinic treating chronic pain, complex MSK conditions, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, alongside sport and general patients, running a care-coordination model with local physician offices. You'll work alongside physiotherapists on shared patients rather than in isolation, with a steady referral base.

Location: MSKrehab, Unit 407, 8989 Macleod Trail SW, South Calgary, AB

Availability: Morning and evening availability, flexible scheduling. Minimum 3 days/week, full-time preferred. Optional weekend hours if you want them.

Employment type: Employee or independent contractor, your choice at signing.

EMR: Juvonno (templated or fully customizable SOAP notes).

Who you are

- A massage therapist in good standing with a recognized professional association (e.g., MTAA, NHPC)




- Comfortable working alongside physiotherapists as part of a shared-care model
- A strong communicator who documents clearly and coordinates well with other providers
- Genuinely interested in MSK, spine, and rehabilitation-focused massage therapy

Minimum qualifications

- Completion of a recognized massage therapy program (2200-hour minimum; 3000-hour preferred for insurer coverage)
- Member in positive standing with a recognized massage therapy association
- Valid liability insurance

Assets

- Myofascial release or other soft-tissue specialization
- Cupping therapy certification
- TMJ / jaw-focused treatment training
- Prenatal or postpartum massage certification

Compensation

Employee and independent-contractor options available. Split depending on employee versus IC structure, with a tiered model rewarding advanced certifications and productivity and bonus on self-generated patients. Full tiered structure shared during the process.

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
