Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, positive experience that encourages repeat visits
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and accessories that meet client needs




- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations

Skills

- Expertise in various nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and nail art
- Solid communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and provide professional advice
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Retail sales skills to promote products confidently and increase revenue opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued and comfortable
