Crew Leader – Hardscape & Pool Design-Build

Two Queens Home Service Ltd. is hiring one Crew Leader for the 2027 season to join our growing hardscape and pool design-build team.

Projects Include

- Patios
- Retaining walls
- Outdoor kitchens
- Swimming pools
- Custom outdoor living spaces

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a construction crew
- Organize daily work on job sites
- Read plans and follow project specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and organization
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project managers
- Train and support crew members
- Complete daily updates and documentation using company software

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in hardscape construction, landscaping, pool installation, or a related trade
- Previous crew leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, drainage, base preparation, and hardscape installation
- Ability to read plans and solve problems independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Robust safety mindset and ability to work outdoors
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- References may be requested
- Working with SynkedUP and other company software is a mandatory part of the onboarding process and daily work
- Full training on SynkedUP and all required software will be provided during onboarding

Compensation and Benefits

- $28–$34 CAD per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Minimum 8-hour workdays

Position: One Crew Leader for the 2027 season

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week

Training will be provided during the onboarding process.

- Are you available for the 2027 season in Ottawa and surrounding areas? Are you comfortable with minimum eight-hour workdays and overtime when required? Do you have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and professional references?
