Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic team! This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained throughout your shift. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like giving change and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in guest services, serving, or catering roles within the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Pay: $17.60-$17.70 per hour
