About Us

Enhance Finance Inc. is a Canadian technology company. We build AI-powered personal finance digital products, and we are expanding into other areas of artificial intelligence. One of those areas is AI evaluation: we work with technology companies to provide human review of AI-generated visual content. We are building a contractor team in Southern Ontario to support this work.

About the Role

As an AI Vision Tutor, you will review visual content made by artificial intelligence and rate it against detailed written guidelines. Your ratings help train and improve AI systems. Most projects involve images and video, but some involve graphic design, 3D graphics, and other visual work. We welcome applicants with any kind of visual background, including photography, videography, graphic design, 3D modelling and rendering, illustration, animation, and visual arts.

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated images, video, graphic design, and 3D content, and provide accurate, consistent evaluations based on written guidelines
- Complete annotation and labeling tasks on a web-based evaluation platform
- Use your visual expertise to judge technical and creative quality, such as composition, lighting, exposure, focus, typography, layout, modelling, texturing,



and rendering
- Keep your quality consistent from session to session
- Communicate clearly in written English

What We're Looking For

- Experience in at least one visual field, such as photography, videography, graphic design, 3D graphics, illustration, animation, or visual arts (formal training, professional work, or a serious hobby)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely
- Solid written English
- Your own computer and a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Legally able to provide services in Canada
- Located in London, Ontario or elsewhere in Southern Ontario

Contractor Engagement Details

- This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. Contractors are not employees of Enhance Finance Inc.
- Our platform runs 24/7, 365 days a year. If you prefer to work at 3 a.m. on a Sunday, the work is there.
- You set your own hours. There is no required schedule and no minimum or maximum weekly hours.
- You use your own equipment and work from your own location.
- Invoices are due on the 1st of each month for hours worked in the previous month. Payment is issued on the 15th.
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, including HST registration where applicable.
- Hours are reconciled against platform activity logs.
