Registered Psychotherapist (RP) / Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Pneuma Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) and Registered Social Workers (RSWs) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed care, DBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness-based interventions.
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, educators, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Provide culturally responsive, ethical, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

- Registered and in positive standing with CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist, or




- Registered and in good standing with OCSWSSW as a Registered Social Worker
- Experience providing psychotherapy or mental health counseling
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with diverse populations is an asset.
- Spanish language proficiency is an asset.

Position Details

- Pay: $50–$60 per clinical hour, based on experience and qualifications
